Upon discharge from the hospital or other treatment, most people benefit
from intensive outpatient rehabilitation services to enhance and maximize
your recovery. At the San Diego Rehabilitation Institute, we provide a
comprehensive, interdisciplinary team approach tailored for our patients

Physical, speech and occupational therapy specialists work closely with
our patients, their caregivers and/or family, to assure they get the best
and most from their important recovery time.
We also offer a number of community-based support groups that our patients
may choose to become involved in—such as the Stroke Peer Visitor
Program, Comebacker’s Neuro Club,

goal—to resume the highest level of functioning and quality of life,
