After your discharge from Alvarado Hospital, you may receive a phone call or letter from the company that performs our patient-satisfaction surveys. We hope that you will take a few minutes of your time to share your healthcare experience with the representative.

Employee Recognition

Frequently, patients and guests are appreciative of the extra care and attention our employees provide. Rather than gifts, Alvarado Hospital has set up an employee recognition program called "Catch the Wave.” This program recognizes acts of outstanding patient service provided by an employee, volunteer or physician.
